Used For
Suprax (Cefixime) is an oral antibiotic used to treat certain bacterial infections, including respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, ear infections, and certain throat infections caused by susceptible bacteria.
How It Works
Cefixime works by interfering with the formation of the bacterial cell wall. This weakens the bacteria and prevents them from growing and multiplying.
