Headache and migraine
Toothache
Backache
Muscle and joint pain
Menstrual/period pain
Sore throat pain
Cold and flu-related aches
Fever and body aches
How It Works
Panadol Ultra contains two pain-relieving medicines:
Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever by affecting the body’s production of prostaglandins involved in pain and temperature regulation.
Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain, inflammation, and fever by inhibiting prostaglandin production.
Together, these ingredients provide combined pain-relieving and fever-reducing effects.
Usage & Safety

Do not take more frequently than recommended on the product label. The maximum daily dose depends on the specific Panadol Ultra formulation and strength, so the pack labeling should be followed carefully.
